Want to deepen your prayer life?

I’ve started a new project, entitled The Saint Aelfric Customary, dedicated to helping individuals and congregations deepen their common life of prayer.  Specifically, I’m putting together brief snippets of advice and insight into the liturgy of the Prayer Book to post six days a week.  Rather than inundate this blog with such posts, I’ve opened up a separate page for that.

If you want to follow that project and see those daily posts, please check it out and follow me there!

Although it is centered on the Anglican Prayer Book tradition, there is still much to benefit from if you’re not an Anglican.  Other liturgical churches like the Lutherans and the Romans will find a lot of familiar thoughts there; and if you’re from a free-church tradition of worship you might find some of it overwhelming but still, I trust, insightful for enriching your prayer life.

About Fr. Brench

I'm an Anglican Priest and a sci-fi geek. Therefore, I write about liturgy & spiritual formation, theology & biblical studies, and Doctor Who. But I keep those blogs separate so I don't confuse too many people!
